I purchased one of your tortieres for Christmas dinner. It was absolutely delicious. The pie crust was perfectly flaky and delicate, even after being in the freezer for a month before cooking. The spices were authenticly Quebecois. Delicious!

We had the most delicious tourtiere, plus a full Christmas turkey dinner with scrumptious stuffing, roasted veggies, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, complete with pie, and a quiche Lorraine. Everything was so delicious!! Highly recommend!

When you are starting your own business, no one tells you that you won’t have any time to do anything for yourself when you are first starting out! Working long hours doesn’t mean you can’t eat well. We were tired of fast food and the toll it was taking on our bodies, especially with the hard physical work and long days. Not a good combination! After meeting Jeanne, we decided we couldn’t do it all ourselves and we needed some help to start eating some decent food. Jeanne’s meals were just what we needed at just the right time. In a matter of minutes, we had a home cooked meal that had flavour and substance, especially on a cold day when the last thing we could do when we got home was cook. Jeanne, you may not know how much she helped us during a very difficult time and we will always be grateful for the boost you gave us. Thank you so much Jeanne!

Loved my class with Chef Jeanne making jam! It was fun making three different types of jam, and learning how to prep the jars. It's always nice to be guided along for the first time in the canning process. Jeanne instructed us with humour, patience, interjecting with tips and tricks.
