Stores in the fridge for 3-5 days or the freezer for up to 3 months.

Preheat the oven to 350F, bake in oven-safe container for approximately 15-20 minutes or from frozen 20-30 minutes, until you've reached your desire eating temperature. Store any leftovers in the fridge.
