U-Bake cooking instructions: The salmon is stuffed and wrapped in puff pastry and lightly scored, then frozen.  When you're ready to prepare it, let it sit at room temperature for 20 minutes, then add the egg wash and bake at 400F for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
